Our paper characterizing the interaction between the AP4 beta subunit and tepsin has been accepted and is currently in press at Traffic. This work forms a key part of Meredith's thesis work. The project was a collaborative effort together with Scottie Robinson's group in Cambridge, UK, and fellow structural biologists here at Vanderbilt (Markus Voehler and Prof. Walter Chazin). Details to follow once the article is out online next week.
